I have over twenty years’ experience working in various ways with individuals and groups at a deep level. I have a background in the environmental movement and charity development, with a particular focus on coaching, dialogue and group facilitation. In order to take this work deeper, I trained as a psychotherapist, and have been seeing clients for therapy since 2007. This has mainly been in private practice, but I also worked at Oxford Brookes University Student Counselling Service from 2013-2017.
My motivation has always been to help people discover their sense of being more closely connected – with what is important to them, with others, with wider society and with the planet.
For me, this deep connection is about wholeness. It is about supporting individuals to bring as much of their whole self to the fore as possible.
In my own life, I am keen to connect with what's important for me - through my personal and spiritual growth, through my passion for the environment and nature, and through my work.
